AC Milan are interested in Manchester City defender Kyle Walker.
Walker, 32, has a year to run on his contract and found himself frozen out by City manager Pep Guardiola this season. Guardiola has conceded the veteran no longer fits in his system.
Aston Villa have expressed interest in a summer deal for Walker, but they’re not alone.
The Times says Milan chief Paolo Maldini is also keen.
Maldini is a fan of the England international and would welcome Walker to San Siro stadium, particularly if City grant him a free transfer.
Walker would arrive as a first-choice right-back at Milan, with injury doubts persisting for Davide Calabria and Sergino Dest to be returned to parent club Barcelona.
