Serie A has been highlighted as an ideal next move for Firmino based on his age and his unique style of play, and Milan could be a perfect club for the South American given that Stefano Pioli’s side are keen to find a new man to lead the line.

Moreover, with Milan one of the biggest clubs in Europe, Firmino could be keen on a move to the San Siro, where the attacker can again make a legacy for himself having established himself as a modern-day icon at Anfield with Liverpool over the years.

At 31, Firmino still has many years left in him at the top of the European game, and Milan could be a perfect destination for the Brazilian, especially with the Rossoneri eager to sign a short-term replacement for Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Having learnt under Jurgen Klopp and taken his game to a whole new level, Firmino has every right to succeed in Italy with Milan, and a move this summer could be ideal for the South American superstar at this stage of his career.
