Micah Richards has priceless reaction as Roy Keane savages ‘so small’ Jordan Pickford
Roy Keane’s evaluation of Jordan Pickford’s goalkeeping abilities sparked a hilarious reaction from Micah Richards.
The Everton star conceded three times as the relegation-threatened Toffees suffered a 3-0 defeat against their title-chasing opponents.
One of the goals, a free-kick from Ilkay Gundogan, was well out of the reach of Pickford, who could only watch it fly into the net.
He has now conceded 53 goals in the Premier League this season, and Keane was left far from impressed with his efforts in goal.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the match, Keane said: “My goodness, looks so small in there, there’s no spring, he’s not anticipating.
“Micah said before the game he’s a top goalkeeper, he’s not.”
After the comment, his co-pundit Richards broke into laughter, with Keane clearly not seeing eye to eye with him.
Pickford has been Everton’s first choice goalkeeper ever since he signed from Sunderland in 2017.

He has made 235 appearances for the club, but has been linked with a move away from Merseyside in the summer.
Manchester United are said to be interested in his services but their current takeover process could hinder their transfer plans.
Pickford has also caught the attention of Tottenham, who look set to bid farewell to Hugo Lloris in the summer.
The keeper is also a regular starter for the England national team, but could do very little to stop City
A double from Gundogan and Erling Haaland’s 52nd goal of the season secured a 3-0 win to keep Pep Guardiola’s side in first place.
The result leaves Everton 17th and just one point above the relegation zone though with two games left to play.
Sean Dyche’s side are in control of their own fate, although a shock Leicester win against Liverpool on Monday night would see them fall into the drop-zone.
Their final two matches of the season sees them take on Wolves and Bournemouth.
