A 3-0 win at Everton on Sunday, thanks to an Ilkay Gundogan brace and an Erling Haaland header, took us four points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
With Arsenal’s defeat against Brighton, that lead remained intact remained overnight.

Now we know victory over Chelsea on Sunday will seal a third successive Premier League title but that an Arsenal loss at Nottingham Forest on Saturday will see us clinch it without playing.
Before that, we face European champions Real Madrid in the second leg of our Champions League semi-final.
Carlo Ancelotti’s team travel to the Etihad on Wednesday night after a 1-1 draw in the Spanish capital last week.
In order to be ready for a potentially decisive week in our season, the players were on the pitch and in the gym on Monday morning.
